This bilingual customer support portal contains besides PDF downloads of up-to-date service manuals and circuit diagrams, a codecard service to check device code numbers, as well as the spare parts catalogue for Becker products generated with CATALOGcreator®. The spare parts catalogue including several hundred of thousand parts can be searched by with different criteria in the up2date Shop and offers the respective matching spare parts list to the revision number of the Becker navigation and car hifi devices. The dealer who has logged in gets his customer specific price, as well as the availability of the desired spare parts. The necessary data for this transaction gets up2date directly from SAP. Orders in the other direction are also given directly to SAP.
